Immune insighT is a Contract Research Organization (CRO) based in Lille (France) founded in 2016, Spin-off which stems from academic research. We are specialized in ex-vivo and in-vivo assessment of compounds on the immune system and more specifically regulatory T cells (Tregs).
Immune insighT has access to all the technological facilities within the Pasteur and CNRS ecosystems (Animal housing facilities, imaging platform, technological facilities etc.)
Lattice Medical is a biomedical start-up that was launched in October 2017. Patented 3D technology developed with CHU Lille-France that allows adipose tissue to naturally regenerate.
Lattice Medical also provides solutions for improving tissue engineering and regenerative medicine using 3D-printed bio-resorbable scaffolds. Following surgery, serious burns, chronic wounds, and accidents, traumatized soft tissue needs to be repaired. In collaboration with CHU Lille, Lattice Medical provides product design, R&D services, and various solutions for soft tissue engineering and regeneration. Alongside textile manufacturing partners, we develop textile matrixes (including Calais lace ones) that are obtained through the Leavers method. Lattice Medical offers sub-licensing R&D contracts to manufacturers and provides pre-clinical proof-of-concept studies.
A new era in medical application development. Thanks to its integrated platform, Lattice Medical is able to offer innovative solutions and the opportunity for biomedical projects to explore new technological landscapes. Lattice Medical is helping manufacturers in the medical procedure industry with their transition towards 3D technology. Lattice Medical is developing the first ISO 13485 production in clean room with 3D printing for designing personalized implantable resorbable medical devices. This unique platform is endowed with new 3D printing and extrusion technology that is able to produce prototypes, pre-series and industrial series for R&D trials, pre-clinical and clinical studies at extremely low particular pollution levels.
